Shyam is one of the founding partners at Prisio, where he manages sales, delivery and operations. He started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwCC) which was later acquired by IBM Business Consulting Services, where he managed delivery of several successful large, global ERP implementation and upgrade projects. Shyam held several leadership positions at ThoughtDigital and Zensar Technologies where he managed Oracle Financials Practice and managed deliveries in North America. He actively participates in national and local OAUG. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Shyam is an active mountain climber and still holds a dream to climb Mt. Everest one day.
Ravi manages sales and delivery at Prisio, leveraging his deep experience with Order-to-Cash and CRM. He started his career with Oracle, where he delivered several successful projects as an individual contributor, lead and project manager. He then held several leadership positions at Ricoh Americas (formerly IKON), ThoughtDigital, and Zensar Technologies. He also serves as a board member of the OAUG Contracts SIG. Ravi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani, India and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. He is an avid cricket and golf player and has dabbled with table tennis in the past.
Laxmikant manages the offshore delivery center of Prisio. He started his career with Satyam Computers (now Tech Mahindra) in 2000. Since then, Laxmikant has been involved in many large and diverse Oracle EBS engagements across the globe, leveraging his deep understanding of Oracle Financials and Distributions modules. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Laxmikant—or “LK” as we call him—loves traveling, listening to music, and reading in his spare time.
Shankar Vijayaraghavan is a Partner at Prisio, bringing over three decades of exceptional leadership and a pioneering entrepreneurial spirit. Hailing from a family with a 180-year legacy in the heart of Bengaluru, his career is a testament to vision and resilience. A true serial entrepreneur, Shankar began his journey at 24 by founding Channel Exports in 1994, forging audacious international deals in a pre-internet era, from wedding dresses to animal casings. In 1997, he founded Channel Consultancy and co-founded Citeh Software Solutions in 1999, navigating the dot-com crash to secure clients like Ford, GM, and Chrysler, earning a Partner Excellence Award from Ford. This led to Citeh’s acquisition by VI Engineering in 2003, and later by Konrad Technologies, where Shankar continued his impactful leadership from Bengaluru. Most recently, he forged an alliance with Chownow Inc. (LA, USA) before becoming a Partner at Prisio.com LLC, USA in 2025. Beyond his formidable business acumen, Shankar is a compassionate human, deeply inspired by his family’s philosophy of putting others first. For over two decades, he has quietly engaged in various acts of charity and serves as a trusted friend, philosopher, and guide to many successful leaders. Known affectionately as “Police Snehitha” (Friend of Cop) for his unique support of local police stations, he is also an elected committee member at the prestigious Bowring Institute, a distinguished and venerable historical institution in Bengaluru with a prestigious 157-year heritage, embodying rich history and timeless tradition. Shankar is more than a leader; he is a dynamic force, deeply connected to his roots in Bengaluru and dedicated to creating lasting impact in both business and community.
Suresh Krishna is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise integration, digital transformation and migrations across the automotive, consumer electronics and retail sectors. He started his career at Konrad Technologies where he led the Engineering Information Management group, delivering custom engineering workflow systems for global clients including Ford, GM, Amway, Bosch and John Deere. His solutions streamlined product validation by integrating complex data systems, PLM tools and regulatory frameworks. Prior to joining Prisio, he was Director of Enterprise Integration at ChowNow, where he led global engineering teams across the U.S., India and Poland driving platform scalability, automation, and cost optimization. Suresh holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from California State University – Sacramento and a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bharathiar University. Outside work, he enjoys following cricket and football, exploring national parks and going on road trips with his family.
Gunjan manages offshore Salesforce solutions and delivery at Prisio. A consultant-turned-solution designer, she began her career with Ortech Technologies in 2012 working on Oracle EBS projects. After gaining experience across IT and finance, she joined Prisio in 2015. She is known for her structured approach, ownership-driven leadership, and ability to drive high-impact delivery across global teams. Passionate about building high-performing teams, Gunjan continues to expand her Salesforce expertise with a long-term goal of becoming a Salesforce Architect. Outside work, she learns between moments of travel, painting, and dancing.
