Shyam Kapoor / Partner
Shyam is one of the founding partners at Prisio, where he manages sales, delivery and operations. He started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwCC) which was later acquired by IBM Business Consulting Services, where he managed delivery of several successful large, global ERP implementation and upgrade projects. Shyam held several leadership positions at ThoughtDigital and Zensar Technologies where he managed Oracle Financials Practice and managed deliveries in North America. He actively participates in national and local OAUG. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Shyam is an active mountain climber and still holds a dream to climb Mt. Everest one day.
Ravi Balakrishnan / Partner
Ravi manages sales and delivery at Prisio, leveraging his deep experience with Order-to-Cash and CRM. He started his career with Oracle, where he delivered several successful projects as an individual contributor, lead and project manager. He then held several leadership positions at Ricoh Americas (formerly IKON), ThoughtDigital, and Zensar Technologies. He also serves as a board member of the OAUG Contracts SIG. Ravi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani, India and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. He is an avid cricket and golf player and has dabbled with table tennis in the past.
Laxmikant Sarda / MD, India Operations
Laxmikant manages the offshore delivery center of Prisio. He started his career with Satyam Computers (now Tech Mahindra) in 2000. Since then, Laxmikant has been involved in many large and diverse Oracle EBS engagements across the globe, leveraging his deep understanding of Oracle Financials and Distributions modules. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Laxmikant—or “LK” as we call him—loves traveling, listening to music, and reading in his spare time.
